Our commitment to address and respond to all complaints and suggestions received through the channels of complaints and suggestions,  and provide information on all steps and stages of processing such complaints and proposals electronically through the website and other communication mechanisms such as letters and e-mail text.

The duties and responsibilities of clients

to help Taibah university fulfill  obligations under the Customer agrement, please comply with the following: 

Not abuse the University portal or its e- systems, including causing interruption or degradation of e-services, or disrupting the security of the university   e-transactions.

Not abuse the portal of the University including causing increased pressure on staff

do not provide incorrect information, inaccurate or improper documents.
